After setting up and configuring your WhatsApp Catalogue, the next step is to integrate it with your chatbot and manage settings. This guide covers the integration process and how to enable or disable the catalogue feature.
Integrating WhatsApp Catalog with Your Chatbot
- Log in to your chatbot platform's dashboard.
- Click on the Settings tab to access the configuration options.
- Select Channels and then choose WhatsApp.
- Scroll down and find the "Enable Catalog" option. Click this button to activate the catalogue feature for your WhatsApp Business API account.
- Click “Next” to continue with the integration process.
Note: Ensure your catalogue is correctly linked to the WhatsApp Business API number. If the catalogue is not connected to this number, you will not be able to proceed to the next step. Double-check that your catalog is linked and verified.
- Verify that your catalogue is properly linked and verified.
- Toggle the setting to enable the catalogue for your WhatsApp Business API account.
Disabling the Catalogue
Click “Disable” to turn off the catalogue from your WhatsApp Business API account.
