Setting up your public Twitter channel
You can now connect your WideBot chatbot to your Twitter business account simply through the channel settings present in the Settings tab.
- Select the Twitter accounts tab.
- Click connect.
- You'll be prompted to log in to Twitter and then authorize WideBot Support to use your account. Enter your login information and then click authorize App.
After your account has been authorized, your newly added Twitter account will be listed on the Twitter account list.
Editing Twitter account settings
After you've added a Twitter account, you'll want to edit the account's settings.
To edit settings for a Twitter account
- In channels, you will see your Twitter channel.
- Select the Twitter account.
- Click Edit beside the Twitter channel section.
- Update settings as needed.
- Click save changes.
Also, you can disconnect the account at any time by clicking on the disconnect button at the end of the page.

Add buttons to link to websites. This feature is intended to make it easier for users to complete actions outside of Direct Messages.

To send a new Direct Message create flows and playground. Optionally , you may also attach Quick Replies or media (image, GIF or video).
